Is this a form of counselling or psychological support?
No. Meridwell's offerings are educational and process-based. We do not provide personal counselling, psychological assessment, or any form of clinical support. Families looking for mental health resources would be better served by a licensed professional in those fields.
Does Agreement Notes Support create a legally binding document?
No. The notes we produce are a personal record of what the family agreed during a session, formatted clearly for their own reference. Meridwell does not provide legal advice or prepare documents with legal standing. Families wishing to formalise arrangements legally should engage appropriate professionals independently.
How long does a typical session last?
Workshops run approximately 2–3 hours. Facilitation sessions are usually scheduled for 90 minutes, with the option to extend if all parties agree. Agreement documentation work is arranged separately and timing depends on the complexity of the points to record.
Can sessions be held in Thai?
Primary delivery is in English. Thai-language coordination support is available for scheduling and preparation. If your family needs full Thai-language facilitation, please mention this when you enquire so we can discuss options.
What is the payment process?
A brief introductory call comes first at no charge. Once a session is confirmed, an invoice in Thai Baht is issued. Payment is due before the session date. We accept bank transfer to a local Thai account — details are provided with the invoice.
