All three Meridwell services are built on the same underlying methodology — symmetric facilitation. This means every service is designed to hold all participants at the same level: equal standing in the conversation, equal opportunity to contribute to the agenda, and equal claim on the shared record that results.
Before any session begins, Meridwell's team conducts a brief separate call with each party to understand their perspective independently. This avoids either party arriving with a version of events already established in the room. The facilitated session then proceeds from a truly shared starting point.
Sessions follow a written agenda agreed in advance. A facilitator manages timing and participation. Any notes produced reflect only what was said and agreed — nothing is interpreted or added by Meridwell.

Understanding Together Workshops
Educational sessions designed for families who want to build a shared vocabulary and communication framework before difficult topics arise — or to reset habits that have become unhelpful over time. The workshop takes place in a neutral setting with a Meridwell facilitator guiding a structured learning process.
Participants work through a series of communication exercises, learn to identify patterns that tend to escalate tension, and take home practical tools they can use independently after the session ends.

Balanced Facilitation Sessions
Meridwell's most direct service: an impartial, structured conversation space for families working through a specific shared matter. A trained facilitator holds the process — ensuring the conversation stays constructive, that both perspectives are heard in full, and that the session moves at a pace everyone can follow.
This service is suited to families who need more than a framework — they need someone present to manage the conversation itself. The facilitator does not advise, take sides, or direct outcomes. They manage process, not content.

Agreement Notes Support
For families who have reached an understanding — through Meridwell or elsewhere — and want that understanding captured clearly in writing. Meridwell's documentation specialist works from a transcript or session notes to produce a clean, structured personal record of the points the family has agreed.
The resulting document is a personal reference tool, not a formal instrument. It records exactly what was agreed — no interpretation, no additions, no framing that was not in the original discussion. Both parties review the draft before it is finalised.

Confidentiality by Default
All parties sign a shared confidentiality agreement before sessions begin. Nothing is shared externally without unanimous consent.
Trained Facilitators Only
Every Meridwell facilitator completes an internal qualification process before working with any family group. No session is led by anyone not yet accredited internally.
PDPA Data Handling
Personal data is stored and handled in line with Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act. Session data is retained only for the period necessary to deliver the service.
Symmetric Process Guarantee
